OTTMEL was founded in 1994; the company was formerly known as Shandong Precision Boiler Import & Export Co., Ltd. Our product range covers commercial gas storage water heaters, low-NOx and condensing storage water heaters, condensing boilers, commercial electric storage water heaters and electric boilers for hotels, schools, hospitals and industrial facilities.

Production capabilities
Our 2,000 m² factory is located in Dongying, Shandong. Production equipment, sourced from Finland, Japan, the United States and Germany, includes enamel production lines, CNC punch presses, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, robotic welding systems and electrophoretic coating equipment. An in-house R&D team works on product development.
Core technology
BLUE-ARMOR enamel inner tank
Tanks are made of Baosteel BTC340R enamel steel plate with a double-layer blue enamel coating. The tank walls are sandblasted before enameling to improve coating adhesion, and finished tanks are pressure tested.
Welding process
Tanks are welded with gas-shielded welding on dedicated equipment. The top cover is welded to the cylinder before enameling, while the bottom cover is enameled before welding, to keep the enamel coating continuous.
Corrosion testing
The inner tank has passed 168 hours of corrosion-resistance testing in a sealed environment at 100 °C with continuous addition of calcium bicarbonate.
SPOILER-FLUE heat exchange
Turbulent flue tubes made of silicon-aluminum alloy combine heat exchange and condensation, with five times the heat exchange surface of a conventional flue tube.
PRE-MIX full premix combustion
Metal fiber surface combustion with a three-pass heat exchanger keeps NOx below 30 mg/m³ and reaches up to 107% thermal efficiency on condensing models, with combustion noise around 57 dB.
